Dispatch Of Orders: Orders are dispatched daily Monday to Friday.
Dispatch Time from Order: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days from confirmed payment.

Returns & Replacements
We offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee on orders. To return an item, please Contact Us and we'll advise how to proceed. Once we have issued an 'Returns Authorisation Number', please ensure you place it on the return package to us. Items must be unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging for a refund. Unless faulty, customers are responsible for the costs of returning the goods back to us. When returning items we advise insuring the goods against loss or damage in transit.Guarantee: Items generally carry a 12 month warranty, with the exception of batteries. 
Ordering
Your order is important to us. If you are having difficulty with your order, please contact us so we can help. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you by email when the goods will be available. You can choose to wait or cancel the order.

Updating Account Information
Once you place an order, you cannot change the billing or shipping address that you used. Please contact us immediately if something has changed. If items have already shipped, we are unable to make changes.
