Order Acceptance:

Placing an order on our sites:

After placing an order for our Products, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. This does not mean that your order has been accepted by us but it does constitute an offer to us to buy the Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (the Dispatch Confirmation). The contract between us, will only be formed when the item has physically been dispatched. 

The Contract will only relate to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation.

If you have ordered additional Products that are not listed in the Dispatch Confirmation (for example because they are currently out of stock / unavailable), these Products will not form part of the Contract until dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.

Availability

If we have insufficient stock of a Product, you will be notified of this as soon as possible after your order has been received. You will be given the opportunity to wait until the Product is back in stock or cancel your order and secure a refund in accordance with the appropriate terms and conditions of this policy.

Risk & Title

The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Price & Payment

We make every effort to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate. Nevertheless, as our sites contain a variety of products it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures and the price quoted on the website will be the price you pay. However we are under no obligation to provide the product to you at an incorrect lower price quoted on our website, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices exclude delivery costs, which will be calculated during the checkout process.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Where goods are delivered in installments the Company may invoice each installment separately and the Customer shall pay such invoices in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

If the Customer is in default in paying any sum as and when it becomes due, the Company shall have the right to suspend all further deliveries until the default is made good and/or to cancel the contract so far as any goods remain to be delivered thereunder. Additionally, payment for all goods supplied to the Customer shall become immediately due and owing, whether previously invoiced or not.

In the event that the Customer fails to pay any monies by the due date, the Company shall be entitled to charge interest on the outstanding monies both before and after Judgment from the due date to the date of actual payment at the rate of 2% per month or part month. The customer shall also indemnify the Company against expenditure on all costs of recovery including without limitation legal fees, costs and disbursements reasonably incurred. Any banking charges incurred by the Company in respect of dishonored cheques will be payable by the Customer.

Discount Codes & Free Gifts

Promotional discount codes. We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

Promotional Codes. From time to time, promotional codes may be issued for free delivery or for discounts on orders or products. You may only use one voucher per order. Some vouchers may only be used once per customer.

Please contact us via the "contact us" link if you have any questions about redeeming a voucher code.

Maximum pre-discount spend limit of £500 applies per order.

A promotion code can't be used after an order has been placed.

From time to time, free products may be offered with a product or order. These free products are included as part of your order and if any part of the order is returned for a refund we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund if they are not returned too.

Consumer rights and our refund policy

Items returned during the seven day cooling off period. If you wish to return a Product, you may cancel the Contract at any time within seven working days after receiving the Product for any reason and your statutory rights will remain unaffected. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us via the Contact Us link first. You will be issued with an RMA number and further details on how to return the item. 

We will refund the price of the Product to you in full (including the cost of sending the item to you) as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. However, you will be responsible for returning the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received it, unused. at your own cost and risk. You have a legal responsibility to take reasonable care of any Product(s) whilst they are in your possession.

Items returned outside the seven day cooling off period If you wish to return a Product outside the seven day cooling off period you can return the Product to us within 14 days of initial receipt of the Product, provided that it is returned to us in the same condition in which you received it and unused. We will refund the price of the Product to you in full as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we receive the returned Product from you. However, we will not refund the original cost of sending the item to you and you will be responsible for returning the Product(s) to us immediately, at your own cost and risk. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in via the Contact Us link.

Items returned because they are defective. Where you return a Product to us because it is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing via the Contact Us link. 

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We highly recommend that when you are returning goods, that an insured method of postage is used, for your own protection. If returned products are lost in transit, we will not be liable for them. Responsibility of goods only returns to Just Dental Supplies Ltd, when we have physically received the goods.

Special Orders. Special Orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

In all cases, refunds will only be processed after the goods have been received by us. 

Warranty and limitation of liability

We warrant to you that any Product purchased through our sites is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of that kind are commonly supplied. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of buying the Product(s) is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased. We accept no liability for any failure to deliver, or for any delay in delivering, the Product, nor for any defect or damage to the Product that is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Import duty

If you order Products from our sites for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Delivery

Certain products must be signed for. If no one is available at the address when the delivery is attempted the products will be retained by the driver. The driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and customers can use this to re-arrange delivery at a later time. If items are unable to be delivered on more than 2 attempts, the goods may be returned back to us and require resending, at the cost of the customer.

We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract with you that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you if such an event occurs.

Written communications

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We will contact you by e-mail or provide you with information by posting notices on our website.

Language. This agreement is drafted in the English language. If this agreement is translated into any other language, the English language text shall prevail.
