Delivery costs within the UK are made simple.
- Free Delivery On Orders Over £70*
- Delivery from £3 up to £4.95 for orders below £70*
Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours, subject to stock availability and security checks. Deliveries are delivered by ParcelForce to ensure fast delivery and will require a signature upon delivery.
EU & International Orders:
Through our delivery partners we can offer very competitive rates on European and Worldwide deliveries. Prices are calculated prior to making your payment details. If you have any questions please do contact us. - Privacy & Security
We take online security seriously. Our website uses the strongest level of encryption, 128-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL). This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be hijacked. Look for the yellow padlock in the bottom-right of your browser when checking out.
Payments are processed via SagePay and PayPal, two world renowned online payment brands. You will be redirected to their site for payment and authorisation and then returned to Just Dental Supplies. Both SagePay and PayPal use the highest levels on encryption.
- Returns & Replacements

You have the right to cancel the order and receive a refund, provided that the goods are returned undamaged, unopened and in an unused and re-saleable condition. You must inform us in writing of your desire to cancel within seven working days starting from the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you wish to cancel, please e-mail us via our contact us page. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any collection costs & postage costs, within 30 days from the day on which we receive the products. Please contact us for an RMA number before returning items.
Goods must be returned to us at your cost and we highly recommend that when you are returning goods, that you use a recorded / insured form of postage for your own protection. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them; responsibility of the goods only returns to Just Dental Supplies once we have signed for receipt of the goods. Where goods are returned which are not faulty, then a restocking fee will be applied.
